Scrum Durations
Scrum defines the following time slots and durations per 1-month sprint:
- Finish all sprint planning within 8 hours of meetings.
- Have a Scrum meeting for 15 minutes every day.
- Review the results of the sprint with stakeholders and the team within 4 hours at the end.
- Retrospect with your team on what went right or wrong and how to perform within 3 hours.
